Day 6

With all the sports games going on today we had a hard time figuring out a time that would work for everyone so we ended up doing our own thing today. I started out with a jog around my neighborhood and then when I got back I did some stretching. Once I was all warmed up I hoped on the peloton and did an hour bike ride. The Peloton is a great way to get a workout in because you constantly have someone in your face pushing you. After I was done I did 30 minutes of core and then finished stretching and foam rolling. After that, I was able to make a smoothie with strawberries, raspberries, mango, and orange juice. This was a very good refreshing smoothie. Once I was done with my workout I went outside on the porch and sat in the warm sun and worked on the smoothie cookbook. I am so excited for next week because the smoothie lineup looks amazing and I am ready to get back into the weight room! Today was also Blake's senior game!!!
